Snack: cheese stick and baby carrots

Wednesday

Breakfast: eggs omelet with tomatoes, and milk

Lunch: burrito, fresh veggies, milk and fruit

Snack: fruit cup and WG crackers

Thursday

Breakfast: greek yogurt low fat, fresh fruits and granola bar/WG crackers

Lunch:  turkey/ham w/gravy and mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, fruits and milk

Snack: yogurt with WG crackers/WG cookies

Friday

Breakfast: Rice Chex with milk and fresh fruits

Lunch: homemade
