Novastar is a community hub where children and families grow and learn together. We provide early childhood development and educational services to children ages six weeks to twelve years. The service includes childcare, preschool, kindergarten, independent school, summer camps, special events, and before- and after-school programs.

We're proud to offer FREE preschool through the Universal Pre-K (UPK) Program for all 4-year-old children.

UPK Program Details:
15 or 30 hours per week of FREE preschool (based on individual child qualifications)
Flexible scheduling options—attend a few hours daily or multiple full days per week
FREE meals provided during program hours

Kindergarten readiness focus with cognitive and social-emotional development
Additional Services Available:
Before and after-hours care to extend your child's day beyond UPK hours
Drop-in care options for flexible scheduling needs
Center hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
